Pre-Order Products: For items available for pre-order, anticipate a shipping timeframe of 15-35 business days after the pre-order period ends. Pre-order periods typically conclude on Fridays for that week's lineup.

International Shipments: For orders sent outside of our primary shipping region, please be aware that any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the recipient's responsibility. These charges are not included in your purchase with LTD Enterprise and should be paid upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Package Responsibility: Once your parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier, LTD Enterprise is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. However, we are committed to assisting you with the carrier's claim process in case of any misplaced items.
